Recall Overview

The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for multiple products packaged and manufactured by Shield Management Group, LLC or Alkhemist DM, LLC, due to potential pesticide category I and pesticide category II contamination.

This recall applies to the following West Coast Cure Pre-Roll, Integrated Vaporizer, and Vape Cartridge products:

What consumers need to know

If you purchased this product:

• If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately.
• Check your package for the UID and batch number(s) above.
• If the numbers match, dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.
• Cannabis vape cartridges and cannabis integrated vaporizers must be properly disposed of as hazardous waste at a household hazardous waste facility or other approved facility.
