Recall Overview

The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for multiple infused flower and infused pre-roll products manufactured by Caps Apothecary Inc. due to incomplete and incorrect regulatory compliance testing. The packages of infused flower were not analyzed for residual solvents prior to being released to retail. The products were sold as unknown brand names.
